Richard qualified at University College Hospital London, and sat further exams at the Royal College of Surgeons London. He has continued his professional development attending numerous courses each year from both new and internationally renowned speakers. He is enthusiastic about all aspects of dentistry, and is particularly interested in the opportunities that the latest tooth coloured resin bonded materials offer for a more minimally invasive approach to dentistry. He is a full member of the British Dental Association, and is a founder member of the Gloucester Independent Dentists.
Richard has a young family and is a keen golfer, squash player and Rugby fan.

In her role as Practice Manager Sue is responsible for keeping all the practice policies and protocols up to date in accordance with current guidelines, and overseeing the running of the practice on a day to day basis. She is a member of Gloucester Independent Managers and the British Dental Nurse Association.
In her spare time Sue is an avid reader, loves films and all types of music, going to the theatre and spending time with her family.
Debbie joined the practice in 2008 having worked in nursing care before deciding upon a career as a Dental Nurse. She gained her Dental Nursing Qualification in 2010. Debbie works chairside with Dr Baker in the provision of dental treatment and monitoring the patients well being. Her care background and relaxed manner mean she is ideally placed to be able to assist even the most anxious of patients through their dental treatment, a role she very much enjoys.
Debbie has teenage twins, and in her spare time enjoys going to the cinema, listening to music, flower arranging and photography.
Gail qualified as a Dental Hygienist whilst serving in the RAF in 1994.
She has completed extra courses in oral health education, Diet & Nutrition and a basic course in homeopathy.
Gail’s main focus is educating her patients to be able to improve and maintain their own oral health.
She has been a Dental hygienist tutor and a committee member on the local Dental hygiene group organising postgraduate training for her peer group.
In her spare time Gail likes to keep fit by playing netball.
Kathryn qualified at the university Dental Hospital Cardiff in 1995 and has since worked in private practice.
She has been a member of Gloucester Independent Hygienist and therapist group and regularly undertakes postgraduate courses and seminars.
In her spare time Kathryn enjoys long walks in the beautiful surrounding countryside with her young son and family. Reading and the Theatre have also been long standing passions..
